Quaint little old Inn. The couple who run it were wonderful. The room was clean, the water was hot and the price was great. Spent the weekend there with my family and the pack in play fit comfortably in the double twin room
Clean, quiet, convenience. Extremely nice bed mattress. Very comfortable. Old school motel. We would be happy to come.back again. Would give it a five star, but there was nothing for breakfast at all. Only very bad coffee with powdered creamer. Minor inconvenience as there are many good coffee shops within short drive. But it would have been nice to have a coffee first thing in the morning. Thank you. Very nice owners.
Not sure I understand the bad reviews. Staff were very accommodating to me on the phone before arrival, and the room, whilst a little tired, was clean. No frills but that's reflected in the price. I'd stay again.
During tourist season, finding an affordable place to stay in Lynden is difficult. Enter Windmill Inn Motel. The Motel is situated along the main highway. The Windmill Inn is quiet and comfortable while providing basic clean accommodations. We had a family event and needed a few rooms. The staff is pleasant and very attentive. Breakfast is minimal, as we chose to go out every day. Their cable TV was a bit of a glitch, but the staff showed us a work-around before we checked in. Lynden is a wonderful place to visit and we found The Windmill Inn Motel to fit the needs of our large party.
It's charming. Extremely. I love old motels like this that aren't corporate beige. Clean room and a good bed. It's dated, but that adds to the experience.
It's a small, dated little motel on the outskirts of Lynden, WA. It is clean and the beds are fairly comfortable, but everything is pretty old, with the exception of the tv (which is a flat screen). There is a phone number on the office door that you need to call (I hope you brought your cell phone!) if no one is in the office when you go to check in. Otherwise, you'll be standing there for an indefinite amount of time before you get any help. There is Wi-Fi and cable TV, got showers and clean towels. It's not a bad place to stay, just has a few little quirks.
Decent price wonderful owner's. Great town. Safe and clean and quiet. Honestly the most important things it has, the extra s maybe not but honestly I prefer the ladder.
It was an older place, but clean & quaint. I like the older more sturdy bathroom fixtures than we have in newer places. It was quiet & had great parking for my huge U-Haul & trailer
